Welcome to Pooliva. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pooliva website, platform, access-code flow, performance contract information, and related services.
By accessing Pooliva or requesting an access code, you agree to read, understand, and accept these Terms.
Pooliva is an invitation-based funded trading performance platform. Access may be provided through Pooliva Support or approved partners.
Pooliva provides information about performance contracts connected to funded trading opportunities. Pooliva does not provide guaranteed returns, fixed income, fixed monthly ROI, or guaranteed completion timelines.
Pooliva access is not automatically available to everyone. Members may be required to request an access code from Pooliva Support or an approved partner.
Pooliva may ask qualification questions before approving access. Pooliva reserves the right to approve, reject, limit, suspend, or cancel access at its sole discretion.
By using Pooliva, you confirm that:
Pooliva performance contracts are structured around selected contract amounts.
The minimum contract amount is $100.
Larger contract amounts may be reviewed based on eligibility, approval, platform availability, and Pooliva's internal acceptance criteria.
Pooliva may change contract limits, eligibility rules, and availability at any time.
Pooliva applies a one-time 10% Contract Activation Fee when a contract is created.

Total Payment: $1,100
The Contract Activation Fee may cover platform, administration, technology, management, onboarding, and operational costs.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, activation fees are not guaranteed to be refundable.
Pooliva contracts use a 3X Contract Completion Cap.
Example: A $1,000 contract has a $3,000 completion cap.
This does not mean Pooliva promises the contract will reach 3X. The 3X figure is a contract completion cap, not a guaranteed return, fixed ROI, income promise, or completion timeline.
Pooliva does not guarantee:
All performance depends on real funded trading activity and may be affected by losses, delays, account restrictions, market conditions, liquidity issues, technical problems, and third-party risk.
Members are responsible for understanding all risks before requesting access or creating a contract.
Members should not participate with funds they cannot afford to lose.
Nothing on the Pooliva website is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
Pooliva content is provided for general informational purposes only.
The calculator on the Pooliva website is for illustration only.
It shows how activation fees, total payment, completion cap, and potential performance earnings may be calculated if the contract reaches its completion cap.
Calculator outputs are not guarantees, forecasts, promises, or financial advice.
Pooliva may work with approved partners, KOLs, affiliates, or support representatives who help members request access.
A partner code or access code does not guarantee approval, returns, or contract completion.
Pooliva may update, suspend, modify, or remove any part of the website, contract structure, calculator, fees, access process, or platform features at any time.

Pooliva may rely on external providers, trading environments, funded trading firms, blockchain networks, wallet providers, hosting providers, and other third-party systems.
Pooliva is not responsible for third-party failures, delays, restrictions, account closures, policy changes, or technical issues.
Pooliva may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
